If I could give Michael more than five stars, I absolutely would.
We hired Michael based on a referral for what turned out to be a massive custom home project. The scope of work included eight bathrooms with shower walls, shower ceilings, floors, wainscoting, and countertops, along with installing the engineered quartz in our kitchen, laundry room, and butler's pantry. He also installed the granite in the game room/bar area. It was an enormous job, yet Michael and his team completed it in just **2 weeks and 2 days**. Even more impressive, they never sacrificed quality for speed.
Throughout our build we've had the opportunity to work with some outstanding subcontractors, including an exceptional electrician. But without question, Michael has stood out above everyone else.
He's punctual, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and takes tremendous pride in his work. What impressed me most, though, is his character. If something isn't exactly right, he doesn't make excuses or become defensive--he simply makes it right. That level of integrity is incredibly rare these days.
I've also had multiple tradespeople working on our home--people who know quality craftsmanship when they see it--comment on what an outstanding tile and surface installer we have. Hearing that from other professionals only confirmed what we had already experienced firsthand.
Beyond his workmanship, Michael is simply one of those people you genuinely enjoy being around. It honestly feels like I've known him for ten years. Our personalities clicked from the very beginning, and we've developed a friendship throughout this project. I can be completely honest with him, ask questions, or bring up concerns, and we've always been able to have open, respectful conversations. That's something I value tremendously. He is just an all around cool guy.
Without a doubt, I believe we'll remain friends long after our home is finished.
