BUYER BEWARE When I was a potential customer I was sold a $22K lot premium for views on a $600K house (see before photos) and told "a house might be behind you but it will face the cul-de-sac and not impact your views". Less than 6 months after closing they build their largest model 40 feet from the back of my and my neighbors house. Reply from Vantage "not our responsibility" and "we're in the business to make money" and "you should have read the contract" Be very careful before you invest in a Vantage home because their focus is on new customers - not existing customers. Future property value is at stake.

If you recall we also offered to meet on November 19th, 2019, an invitation you declined. Vantage Homes is building our new home after we lost our home to the Waldo Canyon Fire here in Parkside in Colorado Springs. George Hess and Phyllis Thurber are absolutely wonderful to work with as is their entire staff. We have had such a positive experience with them, I wanted to review their business.
