I had the pleasure of working with Bill and his team on the renovation and transformation of a historic train depot into an after school art program. Throughout this challenging one of a kind project Bill handled himself with the upmost level of professionalism and care. His personal dedication to the project and his teams hard work played a critical role in the success of the project and I would be fortunate to work with him again.

My husband and I bought a 'tear-down' 60 year old log cabin on Lake Charlevoix. The relator suggested we call Bill Brown (W. B. Builders) to fix it up. The interior was an intact log cabin, the exterior, aluminum siding. They disposed of the un-useable furnishings for us (Goodwill). They tore off the siding and installed a new 'shell' of logs on the outside. Installed a metal roof. Completely renovated the inside. All the while, my husband and I would drive up to spend a night or two, and Bill and his crew would happily accommodate us by reconnecting kitchen and bath facilities for our stay. You would have to see this little cabin to know how beautiful it is now. When our family and friends saw it, their jaws dropped. It truly is a little jewel. There's not room here to list all the things W. B. Builders did to turn a piece of coal into a diamond.

WB Builders does a great job building your home. The crew is respectful and they take pride in their work. Any issues were resolved quickly. Very satisfied with our home.
