We recently completed a major home renovation with Westborough Design Center, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. For years, we postponed remodeling our kitchen and all three bathrooms in our primitive Colonial reproduction home. I worried that I wouldn’t find a designer who truly understood this aesthetic, I dreaded the idea of choosing every design element myself, and I wasn’t sure how to make the best use of our space. From our very first meeting, Claudette impressed me with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in understanding our needs. She listened carefully to my concerns—and then absolutely wowed me with her design vision. Her proposed layout and details were things I never would have imagined on my own. She guided me through every step of the process and even accompanied me to select countertops, cabinets, tile, fixtures, and more. She stayed on top of logistics, making sure contractors had the right materials at the right time, which kept everything running smoothly. Claudette made what could have been a stressful process feel easy, organized, and surprisingly fun. After past experiences with unreliable contractors, working with Andy was a breath of fresh air. His cheerful, can-do attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and expert craftsmanship brought our project to life. He expertly coordinated the construction team and kept the project on schedule. Andy consistently went above and beyond—whether that meant adjusting something we’d already installed because I changed my mind, or patiently talking through solutions until everything was perfect. His friendliness, patience, and kindness were evident throughout the entire renovation. Our only regret is that we waited so long to begin, because we could have been enjoying our new kitchen and bathrooms years ago. We are deeply grateful to Andy, Claudette, and their team for their hard work, talent, and integrity. They are truly salt-of-the-earth people, and getting to know them as they transformed our home was an absolute pleasure.

We finished a kitchen renovation project with WDC this past fall and they were phenomenal. We couldn't recommend them more highly. From our first meeting with Claudette and Al, we knew they were extremely knowledgable, fair and incredibly patient (we took a long time to pull the trigger)! WDC completed our kitchen renovation alongside of Sudbury Design Group that oversaw a backyard renovation and pool installation. They have worked together in the past, and it showed. There were no surprises, and any minor issues with our home's age were explained and worked out to our complete satisfaction. All of their recommendations were spot on, and they were very informative at every turn. Claudette was always available to us, always upbeat and a joy to work with. Andy and Brian were at our house every day and are great guys--people you really enjoy having in your house. They are the model partner you'd want for an investment in your home--incredibly nice and highly talented people who care about you, the customer, being happy with your project.

We just finished a full kitchen and powder room renovation with Westborough Design. We made an appointment with the Milford, MA Clarke Showroom first because we knew that if we were to renovate our kitchen, we desired to start right off with higher quality appliances than we have had since building our home 24 years ago. We settled that we would definitely be purchasing a beautiful suite of Wolf, Sub Zero, and Cove appliances when we renovated. We started gathering ideas and were drawn to the kitchen that was built by WDC in the Clarke showroom. We knew we wanted and needed a design/build firm for a smooth result - and we were right. We are so pleased with everything! We cannot say enough about the white glove service and warm personal touch we received from Claudette, Andy, and their team. We also needed and definitely appreciated Claudette's expertise in narrowing down and suggesting design ideas. Every detail was handled with precision, and the project was completed on time - only about 8 weeks from start to finish! It was a total gut job with some layout changes. Claudette also coordinated donating our old custom cabinets to Habitat for Humanity. We hired professionals and we are immensely satisfied with the results. After and before picture collages: we are now out of the darkness - with a much better layout! This project has certainly sparked joy - we couldn’t be happier.

In the Spring of 2015, Alison and I began our extensive kitchen project with WDC. We began working with Al, Claudette and Andy back in the Fall of 2014 through the initial design process as we explored various options which fit our target budget . From the start we knew we were in the experienced and professional hands of WDC...They were flexible to our needs, and coached us into making the best value decisions we could make along the way, without skimping on any details. Claudette and Al were there for us when we needed them, especially through the inevitable hiccups, and Andy and the installation team were nothing short of spectacular. In the end, we felt as if we got every ounce of value from WDC and its associates for our project, which was significant! Thank you Al, Claudette, Andy and crew for delivering the most incredible kitchen we could have ever wished for!

Our experience with Westborough Design Center was wonderfull! Claudette is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, and had great ideas for the renovation of our two bathrooms. She was a pleasure to work with, and really has a wonderful eye for design, while also thinking practically about what her clients need and want. We are thrilled with the finished product and would highly recommend Claudette and Westborough Design Center. We will definitely use them again!

We hired Westborough Design Center to do a complete makeover of our kitchen two years ago. We began our negotiations in March of 2014, and construction (gut job to the studs) began right on schedule the week after Labor Day. The kitchen was completed in 7 weeks! Our initial budget was in the $70K range. However, due to some major design and structural changes--which enhanced the final result immeasurably)--the final tally came in closer to $85K. Claudette's ideas and sense of design are amazing! She included so many wonderful storage features and helped choose colors and styles for the top quality Greenfield cabinets. Her first pick for our Quartz countertops was spot on (Cambria Wellington)--even though we still felt the need to check out every possible option on our own. She even spent hours helping us find the perfect porcelain floor tiles, showing up just in time with an option that checked all the boxes! Besides the marvelous cabinetry, Claudette advised us to explore Wolf Sub Zero state-of-the-art appliances. (We chose the induction cooktop, convection steam oven--LOVE it--full-size convection oven and integrated refrigerator/freezer.) Two years later, we're still thrilled with this kitchen, and it is unquestionably my favorite room in the house. I enthusiastically recommend Claudette and her construction foreman, brother Andy!

We had our kitchen and adjoining living room remodeled by Westborough Design Center and from design to finish, we were impressed with their professionalism, straightforwardness, and attention to detail. Our kitchen is now beautiful and we are complimented on it all the time! We highly recommend this company.

Westborough Design did a major 1st floor renovation for us which included a wide range of improvements throughout our house, installing concrete posts to prop up sagging flooring in one part of the house (due to a poorly-done renovation before we bought the house), plus a complete makeover of our kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and additional work in our 5 upstairs rooms. Westborough Design provided great service, advice and workmanship. We would hire them again; and indeed we did. Recently (Jun-July, 2015), we hired them to rip out the ugly and worn out wall-to-wall carpeting in all 5 2nd floor rooms and the stairs, and to refinish the quality wood that was hiding underneath. They did a stellar job again. The few times we had an issue, or a request, or needed information, they were excellent about hearing us and resolving the matter to our satisfaction.

We had the Westborough Design team bid on a renovation for our home last year. They came highly recommended from good friends who had a major renovation. Their original quote, based on our full wish list, came in higher than our budget. Most other contractors didn't want to be bothered helping us make our budget work but Claudette and her team put a great effort into problem solving and making sure that we could get the most of what we wanted but staying in our budget. They had many creative ideas that worked around expensive problems. We brag to friends that they finished the job on budget and I think a week early. They were professional to a T! Andy and his team showed up every day and there was minimum down time. Everything was timed perfectly and any problems that surfaced were dealt with right away. They were clean and truly a pleasure to have in our home. Our punch list was completed within a year of the completion of project. There were very few minor details to take care of but no matter how petty they took care of everyone. We are 100% satisfied and have recommended to several friends. Our project turned out beautifully.

New Cabinetry ordered. Very satisfied with delivery and quality. Claudette personally came out and supervised the delivery. Quick response and turnaround when one piece needed to be exchanged.

I have been working with Claudette for many years and have seen many beautiful projects completed.The more notable situations are when things don't always go as planned and the demonstration of customer satisfaction is what separates the good from the bad. We had a client unhappy with one component of the job a couple of years ago. Claudette was determined to make the customer more than satisfied. She and I discovered the solution and no matter what the cost was to us, the client was thrilled at zero cost to them. I saw the difference of a firm that really knows and performs at this high level of customer service.

Westborough Design renovated our 3 bathrooms in 2014. We had hired them 12 years earlier to completely renovate our kitchen (which included a bump-out addition) and were pleased with their work. Claudette, Andy, and Al have quite a bit of experience in kitchen and bathroom renovations. They and their crew are trustworthy. They kept our project within the timeline promised. What made a difference for us was the excellent communication we had with them during the entire project.
