Webb Builders is a family-owned, family-run, family-oriented business, plain and simple. Steve Webb got started in construction in the 80s when he wanted to build a new home and life for his beautiful newlywed wife, Mary. After building Mary a dream home in Redwood City they raised their two sons, Lance and Eric, in that same house, instilling qualities like honesty, hard work, and compassion. Lance and Eric graduated together from UC Santa Cruz with Environmental Science and Psychology degrees respectively, but desired something more personally fulfilling, like helping out with the family business. Nearly 3 decades after his fateful decision to hand-build his family a home Steve is still design-building custom, high end, family-focused homes as President of Webb Builders-- but nowadays you'll find Mary running the front office and finances as CFO, Lance onsite at the residential projects directing construction as Vice President, and Eric dispatching resources from the office as Director of Operations & Financial Controller.
