Trout Creek Remodeling

Before hiring Mark for our project, I received bids from 4 contractors. Mark’s bid was not inexpensive but was competitive. This project was to completely remodel our outdated bathroom and provide a quality contemporary finished area to meet my vision. From the shower control column and curb less shower entrance to the steam shower and heated floor Mark and his crew really delivered! When my wife said she feels special walking into the new bathroom I knew the project was a great success. Mark is incredibly particular and a perfectionist, which is exactly what I was hoping for. From our first few discussions with him about our project to the final walk-through, Mark was easy to work with. In today’s world of busy contractors, I appreciated Mark’s diligence in answering his phone. In the few times I had to leave a message he was quick to return the call. I thought my remodel would present challenges and it did, but Mark’s consistent and timely communication style and ability to solve problems without breaking the bank or sacrificing aesthetic is exceptional. We are really happy with how the bathroom turned out and our experience working with Mark and his team. I have already recommended him to friends, and I would absolutely use them again.

Mark Hockman is an artist! His finished product wether it be a piece of furniture or a remodel shows that he takes great pride in each and every project he undertakes. It shows through in his excellent craftsmanship.

Mark does fantastic work. From planning to completion, I quickly noticed his meticulous attention to detail and passion for excellence. He is a great communicator, and did a good job minimizing any “surprises” in the workflow (sourcing materials, labor, etc) to ensure that he finished our project on time.
