Rick was very pleasant to work with. He removed a leaky skylight and closed in the hole in our roof...he matched the original shingles and you would never know there was ever a skylight there...all done in less than 1 day. From the first consultation through the final walkthrough, Rick was professional, reliable, and clearly committed to quality workmanship. They took the time to explain the process, although most of the time I told them build it like it was their own. Rick helped with practical suggestions on materials and design to help me save money on material and construction cost. The craftsmanship is excellent—the new deck feels solid, looks fantastic, and has already made a big improvement to my outdoor space. I was going to just repair the old deck, but it proved to be unsafe and the cost on the new deck built to current building code, was the same as a fix-up of the old deck. My two most hard to impress friends, are impressed with how well constructed it is and how good it looks. Communication throughout the job was clear and consistent, and they kept the work area clean and organized each day. It’s obvious they take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend Vision Building Services to anyone considering a constructionr project. Great experience from start to finish. I have them coming back soon to replace my other deck...

The work on our deck and front stairs was top notch the price was very reasonable and the deck came out beautiful will recommend them to anyone they also came back and hung a door for me.I will continue to use them an all my home projects Thank you Rick

When we bought our home we hired to Rick to put in a 4th bedroom. Not only did he complete this in a timely manner he was also very thorough. He kept us up to date on the process through out and always left the space he was working in organized which made living around a renovation a non issue. We will definitely hire him again!
