WARNING — Think very hard and Do your homework before giving this company a deposit. I paid Basilio Construction / Sousa Construction (SB Pavers) a $20,000 deposit for a condo renovation in Delray Beach. Months later, absolutely no work had been performed and no materials had been delivered. The communication was terrible. Calls, texts, and emails were routinely ignored for weeks at a time, even after repeated requests for updates and return of the deposit. I was originally told permits and approvals would move quickly, yet the project went nowhere while timelines continued to change and excuses continued to pile up. We delayed furnishing the condo and making other plans based on the representations we were given, only to be left with no progress and no resolution. After months of frustration, I was forced to hire an attorney and file complaints with the State of Florida. I also later learned serious issues existed regarding contractor licensing connected to this project, which raised significant concerns for me as a homeowner trusting this company with a large deposit and renovation project. Stay far away if you value your money.

I would love to recommend Basilio Construction. They remodeled my kitchen and it looks great. Top quality. Milena is great with communicating and she was 100% on top of the job.
