Colin is an exceptional contractor. He does quality work, on time, and communicates every step of the way. He remodeled my kitchen last year, and just finished a bathroom for me which looks amazing.

This contractor is a "hands on" guy, who is attentive to details, and who takes pride in providing good customer communications and a quality result at a very fair price. He arrives when he says they will be there as did his subs. Collin's crew put drop cloths all the way from the front door to the work area every day they worked. They worked from about 8:30 am to about 5 pm, then they cleaned up and vacuumed every day. Colin was almost always there to do the work himself, along with his crew. His crew did everything except the plumbing, sheetrock texture, cabinet and countertops, and rough electric. That is, they did all the demo, the rough carpentry, framing (including removal of a small load-bearing wall and replacing with a beam in the attic, along with replacement of 2 swing doors with pocket doors), sheetrock, tub installation, tiling (floors and tub enclosure), finish carpentr, installation of mirrors etc, and the painting. Colin and his crew wore masks in the house while we were home. He started the job, and worked it pretty much straight through until done. There were a couple of change orders necessitated by conditions discovered during demolition, or additional items we picked after commencement. Colin treated us very fairly on the additional costs. We ended up only 2-3% over our original bid, which was truly a good result. We highly recommend him and he will be the first person I call if I need any other remodeling.

Colin came over to talk about the projects and he send over a competitive bid very quickly, on the same day. Before the start of the project he reached out to learn what we decided on regarding tub/grout etc and he purchased the items, which were included in bid, and was very convenient. Colin and 2 other workers did a great job. They arrived on time, covered the floors in the work area's, were meticulous in building shower walls that were straight before tiling and cleaned up everyday. The tub & tile looks great and love the Schluter edge along the tile in the bathroom. The backsplash in kitchen is beautiful. Colin & team were super detail oriented and everything is perfectly finished. Project took just 6 days to complete and we are so glad we did this. Colin and team did a great job and will hire again!

I had such an incredible experience with Colin and his crew. They turned two ugly attic rooms, in my 100-year-old home, into an elegant and glamorous Master Suite. They were communicative, meticulous, detail-oriented, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly polite. I still can't believe I get to live in the space they created for me! I have already hired them to remodel my downstairs bathroom, & I'm still trying to convince them to help me with the rest of the house. Colin was very helpful in choosing the right look for the remodel. He and his crew were careful to protect my new carpet. The results look professional.

I would highly recommend Colin. He had good suggestions for the things I wanted done in my bathroom, he worked efficiently and cleaned up nicely each day. I had him tile the floor and put in a baseboard. I had some plumbing issues and his plumber easily took care of those, too. He does great work and I am very pleased with the result!

Colin and his crew went beyond my expectation with my remodel. After months of searching for a contractor and falling short time and time again, Colin was referred to me by a friend. My remodel included my kitchen and dining room which turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined. This was my first remodel ever and boy did I hit the jackpot! Colin and his team showed up each and every day from start to finish and both kitchen and dining room was completed within the month time frame he gave me. I have heard awful stories about contractors not showing up when they said they would and also stories of the project going well beyond the estimate. This was not the case with Colin. There were no surprises in cost and each day the crew came in, got to work, and left my place clean and tidy when they departed. This crew is beyond professional in all that they do. Very professional and accurate estimate. Super efficient without cutting any corners. We could not be happier with our bathroom and just as impressed by how clean the house was each day while he was working.

Our three bathrooms needed a refresh so my wife and I searched for a reasonably priced, detail-oriented professional. We discovered Colin Cook through the excellent reviews of him on Angie’s List. Having previously worked with another remodeler whose prices were quite high, after interviewing Colin we knew we wanted to hire him. The project began on time and was completed ahead of schedule - with minimal stress on us (because there always needed to be one functioning shower and toilet available). Colin built three exceptionally beautiful bathrooms of showroom quality. He was professional, reliable, organized, knowledgeable and able to handle any challenge. Throughout the project he was an excellent and patient communicator, helping us through many design decisions via email, phone and in person. Our bathrooms now look like works of art, from the custom waterfall tile design to the gorgeous vanity cabinets and countertops built by his preferred vendors. Colin always showed up when he said he would and so did all of his subcontractors. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to see the “big picture” - it ensured everything flowed together well even as we made several design changes midstream. Colin prides himself as somewhat of a perfectionist and it shows in all the details; even the screws in the wall plate covers are aligned in matching symmetry! The cost for this remodel may seem high, but we chose to splurge. (Regardless, Colin always ensured we remained within our stated budget throughout the project.) Beautiful new vanities, a jetted tub, hand-painted Pratt & Larson tiles, Lunada Bay glass tiles, Grohe fixtures, Amba heated towel bars, Toto toilets, professional ceiling fan venting, heated floors, a pocket door and more. And because our downstairs ceiling needed repair and repainting, we paid him to do that, too. Of the three houses we've owned, raised our children in, and hired professionals to renovate over many years of home ownership, Colin was simply the best remodeler we’ve ever worked with - we wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again and recommend him without reservation!

Great experience with Colin doing my kitchen remodel! It looks beautiful, was completed on time, no surprises.
