My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have hired Hillis Builders for several door jobs. He has replaced wood/metal doors and screens, framed in doors, and replaced rotten wood around door frame. This is a family owned business that takes great pride in their craftsmanship. The display of professionalism, expertise, work ethics to the cleanup of the work space exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a home project to be completed.

he found the source of the leak , which was from the foundation of a previous addition not the roof. He proceeded to fix it in a timely manner. I also had him install a generator and connect it to the house. He went above what was expected by writing up instructions on how to operate it. Our house was in need of an update. Hillis Builders was recommended to us by a friend. We found them easy to work with, even when we wanted to make changes. They were helpful with suggestions. The job was well done. We were out of town during the entire time, but were kept updated through emails, pictures and phone calls. The extent of the work was; some electrical, insulation, new windows, new doors, bathroom sink and totally repainted inside.
