Great experience with Fuqua’s Remodel Authority (FRA)! I live in a 50 year old condo building. The only thing that wasn’t 50 years old was the toilet I replaced 4 years ago. I contracted FRA for a total bathroom renovation. New tiling, new plumbing, new vanity, new fixtures, a new walk-in shower to replace the old bathtub, and new tile in the laundry room. Ryan, the owner, was very easy to get in touch with during the entire remodel. The contractors worked fast and kept my condo clean while the bathroom remodel was in progress. FRA supplies everything. The total cost was very reasonable for the DC Metropolitan area. I’m happy with my beautiful new bathroom and have gotten nothing but compliments. I’m loving the beautiful walk-in shower!!

We hired Fuqua’s Remodel Authority (Ryan and team) to perform a full kitchen remodel, refinish Harwood floors, cover old textured ceiling, and new recessed lighting throughout and additional kitchen lighting. When I began searching for the company to remodel my bathroom, I sadly encountered several that didn't have one or both. I lucked up upon discovering Fuqua's Remodel Authority. This is a family owned business with heart. Mr. Fuqua came out to my residence to discuss various options with me; he provided photos and videos (as I am a design novice) and I immediately felt assured. This was the attitude from beginning to end of the project. Mr. Fuqua and his team completed each step when they said they would; his team arrived on time to work, and completed the project beautifully. His team of Kevin and Alex were incredibly respectful of my home and honestly felt like family. And the finished product is spectacular. They removed the whirlpool tub and surrounding tiles and installed a new double shower with a bench, two niches and surround tile to the ceiling. From start to finish, their team was professional, respectful of our property, attentive to every detail and was customer service driven. Ryan was Project Manager, and he started with a conversation about what my concerns were and what I needed in my new design. He had so many pictures to show me the gallery of his completed projects and that helped to form my custom design. We had quotes from three other contractors and his was comparable to the others. We decided to go with this contractor because I got good vibes from Ryan and I could tell that he was knowledgeable and trustworthy plus unlike the other contractors he took responsibility for purchasing all the materials needed for the project. There were so many things I liked about this team. Ryan was not at my property every day, but he was on top of every detail because his team sent him pictures of their work throughout the process, daily. The workers cleaned up and removed the trash every day. The project was completed on time. I love my new, beautiful bathroom. Fuqua's Remodel Authority was contracted to update a bathroom and kitchen for my mother-in-law. Ryan Fuqua listened intently to my wife's concerns, foremost that the bathroom would be safe for an elderly person, and to my mother-in-law's wants and desires for her new bathroom and kitchen. The transformation was absolutely breathtaking. The bathroom, and in particular, the shower, is simply gorgeous, and the kitchen is so bright and welcoming. While the work was superb, it was exceeded by our dealings with Ryan. Ryan is so kind. One day, after confirming some choices with my mother-in-law at her house, Ryan stayed during his busy schedule to enjoy coffee and conversation with a lonely woman who recently lost her husband.
