We had a great experience working with Premier Home Remodeling on our first-floor remodel. They completely redesigned the space, including relocating the laundry room and powder room, expanding the kitchen, and installing new hardwoods throughout. The entire process went smoothly, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We loved working with them and would highly recommend them!

We've hired Premier to complete a few different projects around our house. Our latest project was one that I've been wanting to do for such a long time - our laundry room. From the day we moved in, it never made ay sense. The room had zero storage, and we always felt that it could be better. We brought Matt and his team in to come up with a new layout and design, and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. My husband really appreciated the time he spent going over ideas and the different drawings he presented to us. His team was always courteous, clean, and professional. I can easily say from past experiences that it's rare to find a contractor that you can trust in today's day and age. We're looking forward to our next project with Premier.

We recently hired Premier to take on a full remodel of the first floor of our home. This project consisted of a new kitchen, flooring, and a hall bath renovation. We didn't know where to begin, and it was very overwhelming to us. Matt and his team guided us through all the steps and saw the project to completion. We really appreciated the time they took to help us with the designs, flooring samples, and layout. No question was ever a stupid question, and Matt always had the guidance we needed. Our biggest takeaway was the professionalism of the guys who were in our home. They were very talented, clean, on time, and kept our house tidy (we lived here throughout the reno). We're looking forward to working with Premier again for an outdoor project we have planned in the near future.

I recently hired Premier Home Remodeling Group for two separate projects and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I first had them install crown molding, wainscoting, and frame molding to my living room and dining room. I shared my design ideas and they took everything to the next level, enhancing my vision and bringing it to life. They added fresh paint and overhead lighting and really elevated the entire look of both rooms. The second project was a composite deck rebuild, and once again they exceeded my expectations. They completed the job quickly and efficiently, maintained a clean workspace, and were consistently professional throughout the process. I would give Matt Papa 0 stars if I could. We found Matt on Houzz and contracted with him for a kitchen and flooring demo and remodel. He took significant monies and abandoned the project refusing to answer any emails, calls, or texts.

It's funny how a person, or a family, can get so used to their home, their belongings, year after year. Then one day you look around and feel like a change would be the healthiest, brightest move ever. And so I came to reach out to Matt Papa one day, arrange a plan to meet, have him look at my home...and my life here will never be the same! His expertise, patience, workmanship, and attention to detail throughout the months of renovation have made ALL the difference. What gifted specialists he brought in, depending upon the project...painting, wall covering, tiling....his teams were all kind, devoted, and a pleasure to have around. Matt created plans, explained payments, drove me to various specialty centers to make choices, and offered encouragement during the entire process. My home looks and feels so beautiful! My humble little bathrooms are both like a dream now. My primary bath is truly a spa experience every day....I so appreciate the stunning walk in shower, with remarkable extras. And my kitchen brings a huge smile to my face in the mornings. The elegant backsplash, stunning white quartz countertops and contrasting midnight blue cabinets were installed within a good timeline and with integrity. I am in love with my new bathroom. Alison Hawks helped me to come up with a design that complimented the entire home. She made the sales process easy and was extremely knowledgeable. Our project scope was a master bathroom & master bedroom/walk-in closet remodel job along with some follow-on painting scope throughout our 1st and 2nd floor. Matt was extremely helpful, responsive & easy to work with throughout all stages of the project (initial design, sizing, construction, etc.). As first-time home owners, we found it very helpful to bounce ideas off of Matt and get his guidance on functional/design considerations as we look to reshape our home. Premier did an outstanding job renovating my bathroom. As it was my first home renovation, I was nervous about the process, but Premier put my worries at ease. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. The team was punctual, respectful, and kept the workspace clean. They offered valuable suggestions that enhanced the overall design. The quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations, resulting in a beautiful and functional bathroom. Premier just completed a basement build-out for our home in West Chester. They were very easy to work with and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Our family is excited to entertain and use this basement to the fullest.

We were extremely dissatisfied in working with Premier Home Remodeling. To summarize our experience: •The communication overall was terrible. Not only the communication between us and Matt Papa, but also between Matt and his workers. •His timeline was completely off. He started 6 months later than he said he would and told us he would have the project completed in 10 weeks. At this point it has been 10 months since he started and the project is not completed. •He completely abandoned the project after about 21 weeks. He had requested another installment payment (which we paid) for work that was not started or incomplete, cashed the check that same day, and then he just never showed up to work again. He did not answer our calls, texts, or emails, and his voicemail box was full. •The work that was completed was of poor quality and included errors and damage to finishes. The bathroom and shower tile work needs to be completely re-done, doors were installed that were the wrong size, multiple things were damaged during install (a vanity, a decorative wine barrel, the shower shelf, flooring). They tried to cover up damage in hopes that we would not notice. •Work planning was completely disorganized causing things to be re-done multiple times which was wasteful and time consuming. Drywall was put up before completing the HVAC vent openings and to this day we have no heat in our basement because of this and have no idea where these vents need to be placed. •We will now have to work with a new company to get our project completed. Matt will not return to complete the project or correct his mistakes. We will have to pay much more now than what we planned to get someone new to complete the project and fix all of the problems.

I recently had Premier Home Remodeling renovate two bathrooms in my house and it couldn’t have turned out better. We are super impressed with the craftsmanship in the tile showers and the color themes they picked are gorgeous. The staff was really friendly and the owner had such great design ideas, they really made this whole experience enjoyable and I would recommend taking advantage, because their work is top notch.
