Fast and great work. I had a lot of questions beforehand and they were very responsive and helpful. Competitive price as well.

They dumped materials in the middle of the road, leading to the Sheriff coming out to have us move it. Custom Outlooks would not move it. The next day they demo-ed some old turf and then left that in the street also for another day. They installed new turf and travertine pavers. Many of the new pavers were cracked or have chunks missing. After 5 calls and 30+ days they have not resolved and don't appear they will. They also updated our sprinkler system. Immediately after all the plants started looking terrible. It again took 5+ calls and 30+ days for them to send someone out out to remedy.

I have worked with Custom O on a few projects for my backyard and front yard. Their paver and turf work is great, and their pricing is competitive. When I reach out for quotes on my yard projects, I always make sure to reach out to them on their pricing. I will reach out to them for pricing when I am ready for phase 3 of my yard projects. I like how they come with a good size crew as they knock out the projects in great timing. Thanks Jesus and his pops for coming through for me both times I went with them.

Everything was easy and quick from start to finish. My backyard was completed within one week after I signed my quote. I am very happy with the workmanship of my paver patio and walkways. The synthetic grass, plants and lights look fantastic! I would highly recommend Custom Outlooks!

Jesus and team installed pavers and did the tile work for our pool renovation. They did a fantastic job, and I’d highly recommend them. Fair price and superior work product. We are very happy with them and will definitely use them again.
