I am a realtor that works in the same area as First Class Property Management. I originally met Vince through mutual clients. Over time, I have seen the work that he does and the loyalty he shows his customers. It sounds simple, but one of the things that is important to Vince is doing what he says he is going to do and getting jobs done when he says he will get them done. Anyone who works with contractors regularly knows that this is not always the case. Vince is reliable. He also does good work. I have hired Vince to do work at my personal residence in the past and would not hesitate to hire him again. He has also helped some of my family members with various projects.
