In addition to having worked in the field as flooring contractors for many years, we have worked as installation managers for home improvement stores, and general managers for flooring providers. This experience has given us valuable knowledge in working with the customer and understanding what is important to them and their experience. Quality Craft West is licensed and insured beyond the required Oregon levels. Protecting our customers in their home improvement endeavors is of great importance to us. Our family has been in the flooring trade for over 35 years. We have operated showrooms and trained many tradesmen over these years, and have developed lasting relationships with contractors and showrooms in various states.
