We initially got 2 bids to complete our in ground pool and decided to go with Custom Outdoor Trends. The young lady who was our point of contact, Jessica, was always professional and communicative and although we didn't always see our project manager, he always responded when we had a question or concern. The company even did the plaster for us, which we initially thought we would be using another company. Even when we changed parts of our design, they worked with us and pushed to keep us on track as far as the schedule. I have no problem referring them to more of my friends.
