We would highly recommend David Hughes. My wife and I worked with David remodeling a 3BD/2BA home. David was excellent in every regard. As our construction contractor and foreman, he worked with us in a) developing a plan that met our budget, b) ensuring our plans and work were up to local city building codes and c) producing quality work. David performed outstanding work throughout the course of the remodel. The work he completed personally, as well as the work completed by his recommended subcontractors, was very well done. David went above and beyond, not only with his work, but in checking and verifying the work all contractors. Kind, respectful and professional, it was a pleasure working with David. To conclude this review, my wife and I would like to again extend our sincere thanks to David for his dedication and thoroughness. The home we remodeled with David had numerous issues that were not up to code with the electrical wiring throughout the home from previous owners . Because David was so thorough, he was able to identify several wiring issues that were significant fire hazards, giving us the peace of mind that comes in knowing your remodel is both beautifully constructed and safe.

Dave has great ideas! He’s creative and manages time quite well considering he has so many things to juggle including the changes we’ve thrown at him. He does good work. Dave also does his best to offer us some money saving ideas without compromising the look and style we’re trying to achieve. That’s so appreciated. Thanks for working with us Dave. This master bath is going to be beautiful when it’s finished. Looking forward to working on the kitchen next.
