Here is my review: After purchasing this brand new home in June I have voiced several concerns about the drainage problem all of the properties currently are experiencing and have been according to neighbors who have been here since the beginning. I have submitted over 80 photos showing areas that could in fact lead to structural damage and fatigue in the development, including the burial of a cement slurry which will be covered by a homes driveway. It appears this builder is only interested in getting money for the home and signing it off. Pierce County Inspectors, the ecology department have been contacted- meetings were held with some homeowners and it comes back to the builder and engineer who created the drainage plan. I would not recommend this builder due to their lack of communication, follow up and obvious disregard for the communities they have created. I am happy to share pictures to anyone interested.
