Eano Home Renovation

I used Eano for a recent kitchen remodel. The project was actually much easier than I thought it would be but that was due to the general contractor they subcontracted with. He was a pleasure to work with and was very diligent. The problem is I hired them as a design build team, and they were not that helpful with the design. We did most of the design work ourselves and all Eano really did is convert our concept into the drawings needed for permitting. We also had to do all the leg work to pick out material ourselves and they provided us no guidance on that process. There were a few issues we didn't think through that a professional designer would have caught that would have saved us time, money, and materials was the work was being completed. We ended up with two massive slabs of extra countertop material that in my view was the result of them not catching that we could not use that material for part of the job but they refused to refund me for the unused material...it was a small cost relative to the overall project so I didn't fight them on the issue, but if better company would have taken responsibility for the mistake. They also do not have a general contractors license which meant that permits had to be pulled in my name and not the contractor's name, but they never explained this to me. That created some confusion during the process and I likely would not have hired them had I know they did not have their own license.

I recently hired Eano Home Renovation to remodel my kitchen, and I am satisfied with the results. The quality of the work is exceptional, and there's no additional fee during the construction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional construction contractor.
