We are a local family owned and operated home exteriors business with a customer first attitude. My name is Jon Jordan founder and owner of Evergreen Home Exteriors LLC. I learned most of what I know about how to run a business from being a customer. Meaning, I learned about what not to do as a business owner by learning from other companies about what not to do! I know how frustrating it is when a company doesn’t keep their promises. No matter how big we get, I will always be involved in making sure every last customer is treated the way I would want to be treated! That is my promise and our mission as a company! The construction side of the business was easy. I learned it from my Dad. I started working on projects with him from a very young age. He taught me all of the great habits that are essential to building a world-class business. I still look for the work ethic, attention to detail, and integrity that he instilled in me when I choose employees today! Dad still comes down to work on a house or two with us now and then. We have a large crew now, we have to. We install 100s of roofs per year. We side 2-3 houses per week with Hardie siding. We install 1000s of high quality, energy efficient vinyl windows per year and our deck work is nothing short of amazing! I’m proud of the crews we employ and I am 100% invested in making sure that we maintain that level of quality my Dad pushed for when I was a kid.
