We normally do not post negative reviews, but we feel our experience should be shared. Based on our personal experience, we would not recommend hiring Besik (Sensitive Information Hidden) (also known as Ben (Sensitive Information Hidden)) of BMK Remodeling Inc. (License #1049328). Throughout our project, we experienced significant communication issues, numerous broken commitments, and repeated assurances that, in our experience, were ultimately not fulfilled. Many expectations regarding scheduling, completion dates, and project details were not met, resulting in considerable frustration and delays. We were also dissatisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the overall level of professionalism demonstrated during the project. The work took substantially longer than anticipated, and certain items remained unfinished at the conclusion of our experience. Based on our experience, we encourage prospective customers to carefully evaluate all available contractor options before making a decision. Our experience with this project was disappointing, and we would not choose to work with this company again.
