My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

He has built over 130 new homes and been involved in over 140 home renovations. Now established in the Wenatchee Valley, and servicing all of North Central Washington, Alek’s company Element Homes continues its focus of meeting the needs of their clients with high quality customer service and satisfaction guarantee. We recommend Element Homes and would use them again. Very fast, professional, knowledgeable, short lead time, and went the extra mile to repair stuff that came up along the way. Didn't make excuses when issues came up, just solved it, updated me, and keep making progress toward completion.

Great experience with this company. They did such a great job and were efficient. They can fix, add on and repaid almost anything. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled. I would use them again and recommend this business to others. Great competitive pricing!

Good overall. However, would suggest having a lunch list and making sure all is completed before payment. Also, would inspect work as well before payment.

I found Element in the coupon mailer and called for a price for my bathroom and kitchen remodel. They did an excellent job and it took less than 30 days for everything. I have since hired them for a small roof patch and enclosing my garage. They are very fair in pricing and the work is good.

He was hired to roof my house and did a wonderful job although no one showed up the first day, and I wasn't advised before hand. It was also agreed upon that one, small, extra "aesthitic" item would be included in the estimate. I paid in full when the roof was completed and was assured that the extra item would be addressed. I contacted him several times to ask when I could expect that item to be finished, and never heard or saw from anyone again. Do not pay Alek until everything is completed; I've learned my lesson.

I have never dealt with a worse contractor, he didn’t show up twice and gave me the dumbest excuses I have ever heard. When he finally did show up, he was a good contractor. Then vanished for 6 months. Then He called me to give it another try…that was 2 months ago. Don’t walk, run from Alek. Now I still have to find a contactor to help me. I have two young kids and a dangerous deck still almost a year later

Builder is cheap on insulation!!! My home that was built in 2013 did not have enough insulation to keep my plumbing from freezing in the winter. I made many attempts to contact Alek at Element Homes, so that he could remedy the problem, but he either avoided my calls or said "he'd come by and take a look", but he never did. I have since, added extra insulation in the ceiling which helped all areas of the house except the kitchen sink where the plumbing runs through the exterior wall and continues to freeze if I don't keep extra heat on it.

This is a great company, they performed miracles at my home in Wenatchee. I had two contractors come in and give me bids very close to Elements but we decided to go with this company only to find out that the job got cheaper because what we thought was a heavy foundation repair came it to be very minor and. They adjusted their price by quite a bit. It was a pleasant surprise and helped me really trust these guys. Very professional and clean.
