Initial impression was fantastic until they deposited our check and essentially became MIA. When tiles were eventually delivered, they were either incomplete or the wrong ones. Megan and Will actively avoided calls and emails and tried claiming they had refunded us for failure to deliver goods, when they hadn’t. It took months before we got some money back and thankful we did as others did not. Would never recommend to anyone.

Sideli Tile impressed me from the first encounter. The retail environment is fresh and inspiring from the moment you enter. They have a terrific range of products both in terms of price and styles. Megan is incredibly creative and dedicated to helping her clients. She was able to find the perfect fireplace tile and we are delighted with the result. I would highly recommend their services.

Would highly recommend. Megan and Will are a great team; personable and knowledgeable. We redid our master bath and needed some direction. They took they time to get to know us and then personally picked out a few different options. Not only did they helped us to pick out flooring and tile for the shower but they also gave us some great suggestions/advice. We are happy with our choices and our bathroom turned out great. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Megan deftly guided us through the many options open to us and got us to a solution that worked with our budget and aesthetic, and William coordinated delivery to work around our schedule plus had some great installation guidance.
