I & E Carpentry

Jeremiah and his team replaced all the windows, trim and doors in our condo. Of course once you update one area, other areas look in need so they painted all the walls, beautiful! Later in the spring of 2018, he added a trek deck for us. Excellent job in all areas! He goes above and beyond to take care of any surprises that may come up. He replaced rotten wood that was found in the based of a window caused by spring water backup/leaking around window. The work has to be approved and align with condo association rules and regulations which he does willingly and well. We not only trust Jeremiah's work, but if we are out of town during the remodeling, he stays in communication and we are always aware of every step of the job. We have a kitchen remodel scheduled for mid January 2019... very exciting! I recommend Jeremiah Elgarico - I&E Carpentry! We are glad to have found I & E Carpentry to complete our daylight basement remodel. They performed a complete demolition and rebuild. Jeremiah and Natasha operate their small company and perform most all the work. Other specialty and general contractors are brought in as needed. With a small company like I & E Carpentry you receive individual and exclusive attention on your project. When you combine that with the honesty, integrity, efficiency and quality we experienced from I & E, you have a winning combination. As a relatively new company, I & E is learning, improving and growing as they gain experience with business operations and practices. Our project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. We intend to use I & E Carpentry on future remodeling needs.
