I designed my first kitchen at 13. After years of tracing floor plans from magazines and spending weekends immersed in home improvement shows, one day I just knew—I was ready. My mom supported that instinct and bought me everything I needed. I painted the cabinets sage green; spray painted the knobs gold and wallpapered with pages from my mom's cookbooks. It started in our home kitchen, but that project sparked something in me. That transformation lit a fire. I became deeply interested in how homes function—not just how they look. I started to pay attention to layout, storage, flow. Over time, that love for design grew into an understanding of renovation, real estate value, and the cost-profit method. These early experiences laid the foundation for Nsight Designs Nola and our core philosophy: function, style, and budget. With over 20 years of experience in interior design and construction—and 7 years leading Nsight Designs Nola—I bring a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to every project.
