We chose Jeremy Owing, dba J’s Construction to build our back patio. Mr. Owing and his crew demonstrated an excellent work ethic. They cared for our home as if it were they’re own with attention to detail and due diligence. Their finished work product exceeded our expectations. He and his crew's work included but was not limited to: Excavation, pouring concrete footings with (with rebar), erecting hefty beams for the framework, rafters, roofing, and shingles. That work included cutting away a portion of the roof on our home and attaching the patio rafters to the rafters on our house. They stained and varnished the woodwork. They installed white soffit and fascia all around. They installed a rain gutter along the front, downspout, and two aluminum storm doors. They also installed ceiling fans with lights and a daybed. Once that phase was completed, they enclosed the entire patio with screened panels. The framing is beautiful. My wife and I are extremely happy with their finished work. Deo gratias!
