And worked during the recent heat wave...as a retired tradesman myself I am particular about doing it right...Rob and Dave were both extremely meticulous making sure their work was done well . Hired to do a project, windows, doors, siding, paint etc. The owner forgot to order the windows so that put us a month behind the month behind he already was. The initial visit was great, said he could do it all no problem and he is very personable, super nice to talk to however, home owner beware. It is fine if you have no idea what to look for you will probably never know and that is what is so sad, our windows were installed very shoddy, siding done incorrectly, can't even write it all down because it is way too much. Did not want to even go there with a review but feel people need to know that there are no requirements in NH for contractors to meet so beware as anyone sadly can say they are experienced and again, unless you know what to look for (lots of bad stuff hiding under the siding, wood, windows etc. you will never ever know until it is too late that the job was done wrong. If I could give a zero I would, they were also not clean, trash left at the site every day attracting flies and critters, found blowing across the yard on windy days! Used the dumpster we paid for to toss other jobsite trash and communication was horrible, never know if or when they are going to show up and when they do better believe they are done around 2:30 (show up and leave so starting around 9am then lunch of course!). nails EVERYwhere unbelievable and would never hire this company again. Good luck if you do, like I said... if you don't know any better you won't figure it out till it is too late.

Rob & his crew will absolutely get the job done! Super quick on communication and coming out to look at your job and give you a quote. They work quickly as well. We had them knock out a wall, install LVLs to support open concept kitchen/dining space, install cabinetry for new island, as well as as cabinetry surrounding new refrigerator location. Completely transformed our space. They have tons of experience--you name it, they've probably done it. I'd recommend checking in on the project to make sure you get what you want on the details/finish side of things. They are git-'r-doners.

As the owner of a drywall contracting company, I have worked with several builders and general contractors over the years. Few compare to Rob Gingras. He's extremely well organized, giving ample notice of schedule and great to communicate with. I usually get replies from Rob within minutes. Believe me when I say, this is not always common. He does what he says he's going to do, when he says he'll do it. When it comes time for drywall installation, framing is always true. Nailers are always in place and job site is clean and free of debris. These factors make our job much easier and is reflected in the final product. Last but certainly not least, Rob always pays promptly. On some occasions, right there on site as the job's being completed. I have enjoyed working with Rob and look forward to many more years of building a solid business relationship.
