Contractor on site daily, the job on time, on budget. What else is there! I would gut my apartment again just to have Constantin Androtin as my contractor, he was that exceptional. 3.5 weeks from gut to completion. Scope: gut, renovate, restore to original state guest bathroom shower, replace all plumbing&electrical, paint, install fixtures&hardware, oversee marble slab installation. A small renovatIon completed with utmost importance. His crew - organized, meticulously clean, Constantin hands on daily, if something didn’t look right it was re done, in most cases I wouldn’t have even seen it. flexible dealing w/unforeseen issues, unsolicited daily updates- and the best - phone calls returned within an hour -amazing. Using Constantine Androtin will change your thoughts about contractors forever. I could not say enough and I am not new to building houses or renovating apartments.
