We could not be happier with our renovated kitchen from BAAS Construction. We engaged Amber and Howard just at the beginning of COVID to completely overhaul our late nineties kitchen. Not only was their timeline for our work exceptional, the care and attention that they took toward our family during the uncertain times was unmatched. From a design perspective, Amber was amazing. She took my vision that I could not articulate in the best way (I am not a designer) and created a beautiful, functional space for me and my family. She knew we would be living in the space during the renovation so from a timing perspective, she maximized our ability to continue to use the kitchen (e.g. stove/sink) for the most time before tear out and install. Specific to the more in-depth work undertaken, we added a gas line for our gourmet range, relocated water lines for the refrigerator and pot filler, installed a new hood that vented to the exterior and redesigned the kitchen island which required patching and adding to our wood floors. They were also able to update all of our electric and give us more outlets to sustain our devices and charging needs. Everything was done impeccably, on time, and with no surprises. Two years in, our kitchen functions beautifully, still looks like new (with kids and a dog) and we receive compliments from every visitor. I plan to engage Amber and Howard on all of our upcoming projects.

Highest quality work done on time, on budget! We have used BAAS construction for several projects now. Amber and Howard are outstanding! We were originally introduced to them by our realtor, and we hit it off in our first meeting. They calmly listened to what WE wanted for our vision of our home, rather than forcing us to choose from 2-3 options like other contractors we had interviewed. From there, we created a plan that fit our budget and timeline. BAAS redid our entire kitchen, re-floored most of the house with hardwoods, painted most of the house and updated our master bath. They accomplished all of this in 3 months which was very fast in our experience! They were also open to changes along the way as our vision evolved as the project came together. They made these changes graciously without overcharging. Amber and Howard were very “hands on” throughout the project immediately addressing any issues that came up – even those caused by vendors/delivery companies. While comparable, their price was not the cheapest up front, but they actually stayed within the budget rather than charging an extra 10-20% extra by the project’s completion like other contractors. A transparent, all-inclusive budget was a MUST for us. We could not be happier with the quality – no “cut corners”! If you value up-front pricing, high quality work and genuinely good people, you’ll call these folks on your next project. We certainly will be.

BAAS construction did a fantastic job updating my mid-90's bathrooms. The super-responsive team always got back to us immediately whether it was voice, text or e-mail. Project changes were handled seamlessly and the pricing was very competitive given how excellent the final work was. They even followed up weeks after the job was closed to ensure we were satisfied with the work. I will be using them for any work we need done in the future and highly recommend them!
