As our Smith and Noble consultant, Maria was a dream! She worked with us to find our ideal shading and the results are just perfect. What I loved most about Maria was that she really conveyed her expertise with humility and flexibility. Other consultants had a clear point of view that made me feel pressured and judged. Maria listened and made suggestions based on our preferences, but she also skillfully and warmly steered us from concepts that she knew wouldn’t work in our space. Maria arrived on time in our in person appointment. Clearly explained the process to me, carefully and patiently measured all my windows. I wanted double layer motorized shades, one layer semi-transparent for during the day and one for the night. She took care of the measurements and explaining how everything worked, from the fabric to the possible light gaps that we cannot avoid. My condo is particularly tricky due to having multiple sprinklers and restrictions on drilling the ceiling. However, just to be sure she coordinated even a follow up measurements so that we are sure before placing the final orders. They say measure twice and cut once and that's exactly what she helped happening and because of that the installation went so well with all the shades and blackouts installed with such a nice fit. Her communication was also A+ during the entire process.Thanks again Maria for your help!

Maria did an amazing job with both our traditional victorian house and our modern weekend home, two very different styles. She helped us decide on the blind type, colors and styles for all of it. There are so many options it can be overwhelming, it takes a very talented eye and patience person to guide a client through it all. She never rushes you, but keeps it moving too. She did all the measurements and came to meet the installer. We had a few issues with the shipment and she was able to help out to resolve it. I highly recommend Maria she's great to work with you will love her!

We evaluated and interviewed multiple companies for our window treatment project and our decision came down to our trust in Maria. We were not disappointed. Her design expertise and attention to detail were superior compared to the others and these skills are clearly critical aspects of this type of work. For example, she spent a fair amount of time with us looking at the scheme and "feel" in each room to suggest potential fabrics, colors, and treatment styles. And, when we were facing a delay on a minor installation issue, she jumped in to expedite the process. Throughout our entire engagement, she kept us properly informed. We struggled with getting the right window coverings for our Victorian. We wanted something soft but not fussy. We liked the flexibility of the honeycomb shades but not the look. Maria came over and worked with us to find a perfect solution. She had all the colors and samples. Never tried to run up the bill. Great service,!great help. Thank you!
