From Day 1 when we met with their sales representative until the project was completed, William Penn Renovation was GOOD. Their team of workers were good. They worked fast and efficient. Mark Crisanti was always available and quick to call back when I had a question. This is important. Very pleased with everything. Higher price, but worth it.

William Penn Renovation is by far the best home-improvement company we have worked with. Each person part of the team, especially Mark and Brian, all did an excellent job from communication to the quality of work. We had our basement re-finished and it was completed with such efficiency and on schedule we couldn't be happier. Quick and honest quotes in the beginning, and Mark was willing to help in making the project fit our budget. Communication was clear throughout the entirety of the project which definitely was a plus. We plan on having more improvements done to our home in the future and will certainly be using this company again. And we would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you!

These folks did an awesome job on our 3-season room. Can't say enough about Dave, Brian, & Bobby - all they wanted is to make sure I was happy Very easy to work with and always focused on getting the job done in time. Very good communications with the owner.

This company built a deck for us at our townhouse. The workers were friendly and courteous. The quality of the work was fair but the quality of the products used was far below acceptable. Much of the wood was warped or twisted and splintering at the edges. Upon completion they did a good job of cleaning up including a good quantity of wood that looked in better condition than what they used.

Did an excellent job! I highly recommend his company for building decks. Did my job in one day and the gentlemen were very efficient and knowledgable.

Mark Crisanti and his team at William Penn Renovations designed and built a beautiful front porch for our 1963 split level style house. Mark came out and talked over ideas with us. He was on time and totally energized about our project. He said he would give us a firm estimate and he did. He sent us a rough drawing of the project almost immediately. We signed our contract and waited for the crew. This was just before the Christmas holidays. We all waited until January and the crew came out. We met Dave, the construction crew boss, and he gave us his phone number in case we had any questions or problems. He said his job was to make us happy and he did. From the very first day, the crew worked steadily. We had a major snowstorm on one weekend and didn't think we'd see the guys for a few days, but they showed up that Monday, shoveled our roof, driveway, and front yard, and got right back to work! They are amazing! Everything on the project went like clockwork. Any questions were discussed (at the design stage, we changed the roofline). When the roof was started, Dave gave us examples of the pitch for our reverse gable and helped us choose a design that would work with our home. Dave even came out over the weekend after our porch concrete was poured to make sure it was setting up properly and that the tarps did not stain it. We cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company. Our porch is exactly what we hoped for. It changed the entire look of our house. We are extremely happy with the project from beginning to end. We would highly recommend them for any project, indoor or outdoor.

We had an old roof torn off and replaced with a new roof. The service was fast and efficient. We could choose the style and color and they took care of determining the need for a permit. There was a large group of workers and they were efficient, respectful and polite, and answered any questions we had. The project was done very quickly with a minimum of mess. We had no issues with anyone or anything and are pleased with the results.

Marc's crew provided two services for me. My deck that was built by the house builder was in bad shape and wasn't safe to use was removed and replaced by a larger much safer deck. They checked with the local zoning office every step of the way to be sure it was built to code and would be safe for many years. It is beautiful to look at as well as a joy to use. The second thing they did was to remove a cheap leaking French door the opened onto the deck from my dining area. There was damage to the sub floor from the old one leaking water when it rain that they cut out and replaced. the new one is set in properly and now is capped with aluminum on the outside so I have no maintenance to do on it.

WPR replaced a worn out wooden deck and stairs with a larger composite deck and stairs. The owner, Mark, followed up after the sales call and made design and material suggestions that really made the final product a perfect deck blending with the house. He also did the drawings and submitted them to the Township for the permit and to me to submit to the HOA. The work was completed in the time planned. The crew was extremely competent in their trade and dealt with any problems that came up in a professional manner giving me an awesome looking deck on the back of my house. I couldn't be more happier and satisfied.
