We are a local General Contractor located in historic downtown Stuart, and we specialize in Design-Build projects. Once we sit down and go over your vision board, we can help you pull that vision out of your mind and transfer it to blueprints. Whether it be a brand new home from scratch or a remodel we can make sure that you are headed in the correct direction using realistic 3D renderings all the way down to paint on the walls and furniture. That takes us to the most important aspect that truly sets us apart from anyone else, and that is our communication and attention to detail. We strive to make a very stressful experience almost effortless and dare I say enjoyable while designing one of the largest investments you'll ever make. Simply put without communication it is impossible to make anything effortless, and that goes from your personal relationships to building a house. After working in the construction industry for over a decade, I have been able to stay on top of the latest technology and advancements in building science. I am also able to bring a fresh outlook on the way buildings are built and how they impact the environment. We take green building very serious and take a multitude of extra steps to lessen the impact of the homes we build. Sometime its as simple as upgrading the insulation value to lower the amount of energy used, to always planting two times the amount of native trees that were removed to build a home.
