Woodland Cabinetry

Our experience with Woodland Cabinetry was very disappointing. The cabinet quality did not meet our expectations, with several warped cabinets arriving upon installation. The installers also damaged our floors, which had to be repaired. When we contacted the company about these issues, we received little to no response. Overall, the quality control, workmanship, and customer service were poor. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Woodland Cabinetry.

Cabinets were delivered with flaws, and they never sent replacements. They a They were extremely rude and condescending. I would never recommend this company. Horrible people to work with. Ginger does not return calls. My kitchen still is not complete and I am still waiting on replacement items after 1.5 years!

We have completed many Woodland Cabinetry kitchens and baths over the past year. Their quality and service has been top notch. We are especially impressed with the finish and overall quality of the cabinetry. We look forward to many more Woodland Cabinetry projects in the future!

My kitchen remodel has garnered many compliments. The general contractor commented that these cabinets were the best he had ever seen. The quality was top notch. The pictures speak loudly. I had no problems or issues. The cabinets were packaged well and look spectacular. Enjoy the pictures. Highly recommended.

I just spent over $15,000 for new bathroom cabinets from Woodland Cabinetry through their affiliate Innovative Cabinets in Reno. This has been a nightmare of an experience. Here are the highlights: 1. Color Matching - I ordered Hickory wood with "Reclaimed Patina" finish. Cabinet sides from Woodland are veneers but are called out in my sales contract to be "stained to match". Look for yourself below. These are not even close. They look horrible. Woodland has since admitted they did not treat my sides with the same "Reclaimed Patina" finish. I have been told I can pay another $1,000 to have the problems fixed with new side plant on doors. Woodland should absolutely make this right and correct these issues. 2. Powder cabinet & mirror both delivered broken. 3. Master bath cabinet built and delivered without a back attached to one of the box frames? 4. Mirror frames constructed differently. Two mirrors squared corners, one is mitered. Would not be a huge issue but these frames sit side by side. 5. Cabinets delivered without filler and trim to square up with walls. You can see in one of the photos below that I have a huge gap between wall and my cabinets after install. I am being told that Woodland will not send Reclaimed Patina matching filler for the front. How bad will this look side by side. How bad does it look now after install? As long as you can read this review these issues remain unresolved. If Woodland makes this right; I will update this review accordingly. Short of that; I would stay as far away from this company as you can.

I cannot say enough about Woodland Cabinetry! We love your cabinets! More importantly is the customer service! Any question I have, big or small, it is answered quickly and respectfully!

I purchased woodland cabinets from a local Pro Build shop in my area. My cabinets arrived damaged. They look cheap for the amount of money I spent, I could just cry. I had majority of the cabinets replaced. My nephew installs cabinets and he said they were cheap. He tried attaching them to wall and the back end would blow out every time. He noted they were made on July 4, 2016! Poor workmanship and quality is awful! I saved up for 3 years for this what a waste! I could of got better cabinets at Home Depot or Lowes. I wish there was a lemon law or something on these. I want to ship them all back and have them remade or get my money back! Buyer beware!!! Looks good from outside. Lacking quality inside and the sides of the cabinets. My face plate came off my silverware drawer the first week. Apparently too short of screws and not enough glue.

Woodland Cabinetry is one of the best cabinet vendors in the USA. They sell great products. The combinations of color/finishes/styles run into the thousands. Amazing styles and finishes and their line is highly customizable. Not only do they give great customer support but they have great training for dealers.

We became a dealer of Woodland Cabinetry this year and could not be more pleased. They offer some of the best finishes in the industry. Their selection of door styles, parts, and pieces rivals anyone, and they have a custom shop that will build just about anything you can draw. They list every employees phone number in their spec book, even the owners, so you have someone at a moments notice should you have issues. Just a great cabinet company to deal with. I have had an awful experience with this company and their sales rep. My cabinet finishing looks like it's cracking and no one would help me. It's embarrassing! I would never recommend them to any of my friends. Very disappointing in a new home. I will need to hire a professional to refinish all my cabinetry at my cost.
