Woodville House

Just wanted to share my outstanding experience working with Laura Riggin and Bruce Donaldson of Woodville House for my bathroom remodel. They are veterans in this field and their knowledge and expertise was readily apparent from the start. Laura drafted a blueprint which included a floor to ceiling glass shower wall. Her proposal was beautiful and comprehensive ...we changed nothing. The quality of the glass, fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, tile, paint were outstanding. There was NO compromise. Bruce has decades of master craftsmanship experience which shines through his attention to detail and his passion for his work. Thanks again for creating a beautiful spa like bathroom for us ... it's simply magnificent

I was over a month into working with Costco and Home Depot on designs/cabinets when I stopped into Woodville house to look at knobs/pulls and get some countertop ideas. By great fortune, one thing led to another because of the customer service, intuition and experience from Their VP of Sales Laura Reid Riggin who did not see me For what I was, “just a browsing customer with no sale potential”. Once I realized that we would be able to get superior quality cabinets for less money than I was on the verge of buying, i was extremely relieved to hand over our project in Laura’s experiences hands!! She literally solved every possible dilemma with ease. Not only did we save money to get quality cabinets, but the time and stress she saved us was priceless!! We have since made a deep seat cushion for the window bench and I’m so thankful that Laura suggested adding that to tie in the cabinetry to the fridge. My adult kids nap on it often!! By the projects end, I couldn’t even make a decision on the cabinet hardware and Laura helped me there and even took the time to calculate and order for us!! We are in the market for a small kitchen redo in our family and we are headed straight to Woodville House for the best choices, service and input!!! January 2020.

I couldn't be more pleased with my newly renovated kitchen. Laura utilized our space seamlessly and put on paper what I just couldn't imagine on my own. She is highly knowledgeable AND picked up on my style right away. She has a true talent and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Laura Riggin was great in all aspects: design ideas/suggestions; space usage; cost/benefit options; color/texture trade-offs; customer services; etc. A real pro. Kitchen and bath look super! Would not hesitate to work with her again.

Laura Reid Riggin from Woodville House took one look at our outdated master bathroom and proposed a new configuration within minutes. Her ideas not only efficiently utilized space but also created a high end design. Laura carefully chose a menu of affordable materials for our selection, accompanied me to a local bath design supplier and even offered the name of an excellent trustworthy contractor. Her ad hoc suggestions on modern bling, shower cubbies and accessories turned our master bath into a true showpiece!

Laura was very knowledgeable and a great help in designing my kitchen. I was not experienced at this and she walked me through the process. I am very happy with the final product. I would strongly recommend working with Laura, and I would gladly work with her again in the future.

With the exception of a few hiccups (which is to be expected anytime you do any remodeling) we are extremely happy with our new kitchen. Laura came out to measure and take pictures when she said she would in the middle of a snow storm! That was very impressive from the start. She had a drawing of what our new kitchen would look like in days (at that point we were waiting 3 months from another company just for drawings!). We went to Woodville House show room one morning to pick everything out. The quality of the cabinets, counter top and everything else is great.

Laura Reid Riggin (and the Woodville House) does an excellent job, listening to the clients requirements and then helping find solutions and developing a "turn-key" plan. We had multiple projects concluded very satisfactorily.

We recently renovated a former car dealership into an automotive repair shop, offices and a Showroom for Vintage sports cars. We contracted Laura from Woodville House to do the interior design work, which included new flooring, an updated ADA compliant bathroom and a coffee bar for our clients. The space is perfect for our needs. We highly recommend Woodville House.
