I have worked with Xavier Dubern on several residential renovation projects in Miami and Miami beach. Most of these projects had challenging existing conditions and challenging budgets! Xavier approached all of these jobs with a very high degree of professionalism. He is very responsive to both architect and client in terms of communication, clarity, and honesty. He always worked within the agreed-upon budget and schedule - a very rare attribute indeed! He is well organized and he cares a great deal about the quality of his work. He also happens to have a great aesthetic sense which contributes to the overall quality of his finished product. Our interior design group recently worked with X3D on a condo remodel project. He was prompt, knowledgeable and all of his subcontractors were excellent. He really listens to the wants and needs of the client and is willing to think outside of the box in order to accomplish things. His quotes are realistic so he was able to stay within his estimated budget. We have worked with many contractors in South Florida and would recommend X3D to any of our clients!

we did a full renovation of our kitchen , we remodeled 2 bath rooms and we put marble thoughout the whole house . we had a wonderful expierience with Xavier , his workers were very punctual and they did great clean work , all deadlines were met and the quality of the work was great .
