Todd and his crew did a remodel on our home in Jacksonville Oregon. Our 1920 year old home was taken down to the studs, the crew at Z Development put in all new electrical and plumbing, new sheet rock, new everything. Todd and his crew showed up everyday until the remodel was completed. Todd gave us great advise in order to get the most value and design ideas for our home. Z Development brought our old house back to life again! We would highly recommend Z Development for your next home project.

My project was a deck and stairs leading to the back yard. Todd was flexible working with me to allow me to do some of the work (digging footings, painting, staining) in order to keep the costs down. Todd worked with me in the design process incorporating the ideas I had for the completed look. I would highly recommend Todd.

I can not say enough about how awesome Z Development is. I am a super proud owner of one of their homes. From the quality (which friends comment on all the time) to layout to materials used there are so many things about this home that make me so grateful every day. Not only is Todd an off-the-charts contractor, but he is also a thorough and highly creative and professional designer as well. Having a builder and designer wrapped into one is invaluable when it comes time to construction. Todd thought of every possible detail and executed it with precision. From the toe kick in the kitchen that opens up a suction that is hooked into the built-in vacuum system so I can sweep up the crumbs in the kitchen without having to haul out all the equipment, to the built-in night light in the bathroom or the three-tiered in-home movie theatre with incredible surround sound... Two outdoor showers, decks to withstand the elements, a pool with a waterfall, this house has it all and is flawless. Don't delay in hiring Z Development before they get snatched up to do another great project. I have seen 2 other homes by them. It was really fun watching them renovate a run-down old house in our neighbourhood and revive it into a beautiful, almost new home. Z Development is the only contractor I would ever use if I needed one, but I have everything I could have ever dreamed of living in this home. Go for it. You will be so blessed. Every time I see them I always say: "Have I told you lately how much we love our home!!!"

Well built home by Z development with hardwood floors and granite counters in a great location. I would not hesitate to have work performed again.
