When selecting a contractor to do a major project like a remodel, the individuals track record is important and should be a first criteria. The quality of the work is what lives on for a long time and dealing with fixing what was done wrong will be an annoiance for decades. However, one thing that is even more important is the character of the individual in charge. A truly trustworthy contractor that considers the customers issues, needs and resources will leave a lasting impression not only in how the project progresses, but also in the quality of the work that has been done. Having said this, working with Raymond was one of the highlights of my time on this earth. There was never a time that I felt that Raymond was ever concerned about his own circumstance. We were working with a rediculously low budget but Raymond somehow figured out how to make it work and never compromised the quality of what he was doing. Over the course of this project, I trusted Raymond more than anyone else I know. There was never anything but a happy and pleasant atmosphere in the workplace. Never a cross word. Never a complaint. Just a work ethic and oversight of a true, honest, professional and descent human being. As for the work that was done, Raymond took a home that had not be improved in over 50 years and completely renovated it. Bathrooms from the 60’s were completely stripped and totally modernized. The entire house was stripped of carpet, repainted and new flooring put in place. Massive cracks from foundation issues were flawlessly repaired with no evidence they ever existed, Load bearing walls were removed, kitchen completely stripped and an entire new kitchen was installed, A completely new and beautiful update to a home that started out looking like something from great grandmas house. The work quality was without compromize, but I can’t stress enough the added value we received in having complete trust in the guy who was overseeing the work for this project. That’s something money can’t buy. Thank you Raymond for being the person you are and in giving us a value that we could never have afforded. You are the absolute best.

This construction company has done an incredible job revitalizing our old family house into a contemporary home that we can be proud to own. The craftmanship and creativity that the workers have shown is reflected in every aspect of our home. They revitalized the outside appearance of the house to allow much more quality space and decorative plant life. They also did an amazing job restructuring the rooms inside and improving the ease of every day life. We appreciate the professionalism and efficiency that the team showed in every step of the renovation process and the informative level of communication throughout the project.
