Zone 4 has evolved from its origins in 2001, when the company was launched by Bill Pollock & Dylan Johns and were soon recognized by Aspen Magazine as two of the seven “young talents who are defining individual style in Aspen.” 20 years, Zone 4 has built a diverse portfolio of modern and traditional high end custom residential architecture, commercial, mixed-use, and affordable housing projects. The firm's guiding philosophy has been that good design sets the stage for great projects, but those best efforts can fall short with poor follow through. Zone 4 takes a comprehensive approach to the building process, and converts years of experience into practical application of documentation and project management. I am currently working with Zone 4 on 2 extensive remodel projects. One is a large (5,000+ SF) single family home in Snowmass Village, and one is a 4,000+ SF town home in the Aspen core. One project is with Dylan Johns and the other is with Bill Pollock. They are very professional and detail oriented. They have been reliable, keep to a schedule and are talented architects. I would highly recommend working with Zone 4 for any type of project in the Aspen area.

I am the owner of the Morningstar house shown here. Zone 4 designed and managed the building project for me from start to finish. I live in the UK and so I depended on them a great deal through out the project. As, I hope you can see, they did a superb job. In combination with a great building company (Brikor LLC) this project came in on time and under budget and exceeded my expectations in almost every regard. I am now on project number 2 with Zone 4 - this time in Phoenix. I cannot recommend these guys enough

He has a great eye for design and a style that fits perfectly in a place like Aspen. He's cutting edge, yet works to create spaces that are comfortable and liveable.
