About Us

Zzone Homes is a full-service interior home design, build & renovations company that was Established in 2005. Servicing the Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton and Niagara Area. Zzone Homes employees all the professionals and trades needed to complete any residential or commercial renovation project without having to sub-contract or outsource to our companies. Zzone Homes also has a custom cabinetry division called Sharp Cabinetry that is also featured here on HOUZZ. Every project also has a dedicated project manager as well as a design and build specialist that will help with every step of the way in any renovation project. OUR PROCESS: 1. We start by coming to your home for a no fee in home design and build consultation with a renovation specialist. During this visit, we will gather as many of your ideas as possible in order to really capture your style and vision. We will also laser measure the space and create an accurate layout. 2. We then take your measurements and ideas back to our digital design centre and get to work on your complimentary photo realistic 3/D Design and detailed proposal for the project. 3. After completing the design and build package we then invite you back to our showroom for a presentation. At this point, we can easily adjust or modify the design and scope of work in real time. This allows all of our client to see exactly what they are going to get before you make any commitments.

We just completed a 12 week project with Zzone Homes. Renovation of full main floor, kitchen, family room, laundry room, staircase and upper level hallway. One of the main reasons we chose Zzone Homes is for their turnkey service offering using in-house professionals for demo, electrical, plumbing, taping, cabinetry etc… this gives them a competitive advantage and better control of timeline and cost. Marco and his team were complete professionals and a pleasure to work with, they were polite, helpful and always did a great job keeping the areas clean before they left. Marco was very accommodating to the ever expanding scope of work and always agreed to it with a big smile on his face. We definitely picked the right team to have in our “COVID Bubble”. We are extremely happy with the transformation and would highly recommend them for any home renovation. Thank you to the Zzone team, Marco, Dan, Tony, John, Mitch & Mickey and special thanks goes out to Marco’s Dad, who without his recommendation we would be staring at a post in the middle of our dining room!

Professional and easy to work with company! Their free estimate provided cost breakdown details along with design pictures (which no other company we brought in for an estimate did). Their price was fair and reasonable and the costs were within our budget. We replaced our ensuite shower right from the studs. Marco, Frank, and their crew worked around our schedule. They kept in constant contact with us and provided daily details of where the project was at. They cleaned up their mess everyday! It was amazing to come home and not feel like you are in a reno zone. That was much appreciated! They gave us a two week timeline and completed the shower within that timeline. They went above and beyond to give us the greatest reno experience we could ask for. Make sure to give them a call!

As a Professional Engineer designing structural modifications, I work with dozens of contractors in the Hamilton, Burlington and Oakville areas. Marco and Zzone Homes are always a pleasure to work with as their focus has always been to do the job right. I deal with the hidden pieces of the renovation so it is easy and tempting to cut corners but they have never done so in any job I have worked on with them. That is rare in todays renovation industry where finishes and cost tend to be the only concerns.

Zzone Homes recently completed a substantial renovation for us, which included demolition and complete redo of our kitchen. The kitchen had a vaulted ceiling up to the second floor, which we ended up closing off - i.e., closing in the kitchen ceiling and creating a new bedroom above. This in turn spilled over into re-doing a closet (and relocating its door) in another bedroom.... Point being, as we began to see what was possible and expanded the scope of our project, Marco and his crew were with us every step of the way - nothing was impossible, nothing was too complicated, and we were accommodated in every way. The quality and workmanship is second to none. Every single member of the team was a delight to interact with, and they took care of every detail as if they were working on their own home. Despite the significant disruption a kitchen reno can cause, this was minimized to every possible extent, and the clean up at the end of each day was fantastic. I can't say enough about how well were were treated by Zzone Homes and how happy we are with the results. You won't be disappointed, and you'll love working with them.

I found the tile worker for Zzhomes was very professional.He explained his opinion as to how it should be done. He worked quickly so we were inconvenienced for only a short period. Following the completion the area was cleaned. Many workers don't want to do small jobs but Zzhomes accepted the job and the tiler came the next work day.

We hired Zzone Homes Inc. to complete a large 1400 square foot basement renovation, complete with 2 bedrooms, a 3pc washroom, and a full kitchen. Marco really listened to what we wanted and designed a fantastic space for us. Marco even went a step further and provided us with 3D renderings which really helped us envision the project. Marco and his entire team were polite, friendly and extremely flexible with the project from start to finish. Communication with the entire team with effortless. When we wanted to make changes the entire team was adaptable and more than willing to accommodate the changes to ensure that we were always happy with the project progression. The entire team always went the extra mile to do things "right". They made product modifications that made the end result something we are truly happy with. The entire team respected our home and kept the job site clean and tidy throughout the entire project which we greatly appreciated. The quality of their workmanship is "superior". We will definitely use Zzone Homes Inc. again for our future projects. Working with the team was truly a fantastic experience.

We broke our bathroom sink that was originally installed by Zzone Homes a few years ago. We ordered a replacement sink and when it arrived, Marco quickly arranged to have the sink installed for us. His installer was clean, courteous and professional. The job was done very quickly. Zzone homes clearly takes care of their customers - before, during and even after the contract is complete!

From the beginning of our projec, we could tell that Marco and Dan knew what they were talking about! They were extremely professional and informed in the entire process and answered all of our questions. We were on a tight budget and when we made clear what we wanted done, Zzone homes showed us what would be possible with the budget we had available (and stuck to the budget, unless we wanted something big adjusted). The most notable thing that stood out to us during this entire process was the concern for safety and proper steps. When we were taking down a wall, the team was sure to have an engineer involved and made sure that our beam placement made sense with the design of our home. Everyone (from electrician, engineer, drywallers, and door/window team members!) who came to work in our home was so friendly, careful, and another big thing: CLEAN!!! I have never seen such a clean renovation team! Our house was liveable at all times. The project took slightly longer than anticipated, however, we did run into some adjustments that were not expected. Everything considered, we are thrilled with Zzone homes and will be using them for future projects undoubtedly.

We knew from our first meeting that we wanted Zzone Homes to do our very extensive renovations! Marco, Dan and the rest of the crew were amazing throughout the entire process. They listened carefully to all of our needs and made sure that everything was done to perfection! Our reno involved the removal of 3 walls, a new footing and supporting posts, an enormous beam, plumbing and so much more. There were contractors who told us it could not be done but Zzone Homes was able to make it happen! We are so happy with our new house! Our family and friends cannot believe the transformation!
