By pushing out one bathroom wall into the very large foyer, it created a space big enough to increase the vanity into a 42 " from a 20" vanity previously. A built in cabinet to match the vanity was also placed into the wall that housed the bathroom stack. Valuable space was not entombed in this bathroom.
