Rear / waterfront view of this Woodland Retreat as it was named by its designer, Maurice Jennings of Fayetteville, Arkansas. All exterior wood was cypress, and all windows and doors were crafted locally and required special permission for use as impact windows as they were not made by a national manufacturer. Sand for stucco was sourced directly from the building site.
