My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Flooring Repairs

Before picture of a Solid Wood Maple Floor that was experiencing some uneven wear in the kitchen. The area was taped off and given a light sanding before re-staining with the matching colour stain. It was then recoated with 2 coats of SAICOS Premium Hardwax Oil to bring it back to it's original pristine beauty!
