Freeman Residence

The swimming pool is centered on the entryway of the family room addition, and a strong axis is created by the pool, supporting column and beams, and the stained glass window above the double-doors. There was an existing dip in elevation in the backyard area, which the architect took advantage of. He used this change in elevation to create a split level in the new addition.
