The open concept kitchen living room spanned the entire apartment. With the dining area in the west corner, the kitchen area in the middle, and the living room area in the east corner of the room. For the living room area, we choose to hang a large 3 piece wall art above the couch of a scenic alpine lake. The green and blue colors were very calming in this corner for relaxation.

This piece of wall art is of the famous Acorn Street on Beacon Hill in Boston. My husband took the picture especially for this project as my brother-in-law wished for some local pictures for his new home in Boston. (Excuse the Christmas decorations, the picture was taken when my husband visited his brother this Christmas, as I wanted some pictures to show here.)

In this picture, you can see how the art is placed in the different sections of the open concept kitchen living room/great room. Each section of the room had a set of 3 canvases. Giving a modern and minimalistic look while filling the huge empty wall space. Calming landscape photographs gave the large room a relaxing atmosphere.

Our specialty is wall art for above the couch. Like this 3 piece wall art of an alpine lake, all our wall art fits perfectly above a 3-person couch. The 3 pieces measure a total of 72x36 inches. Here we have placed them about 1.5 - 2 inches apart.
