The next benefit of using cork flooring is that this type of flooring offers a higher level of comfort. The structure of cork is such that it is made up of hundreds of millions of tiny cells packed closely together. These cells are air pockets can absorb shockwaves or pressure, so walking on this flooring not only relieves stress on your joints but also helps to reduce the weariness that is brought on when you walk a lot over a hard surface. If you suffer from knee pain or any joint pain, you will find that walking over a cork floor is so much easier than walking over, say a ceramic tile floor.

Bath mats are vital elements in bathroom decor, beautifully blending style and functionality. These bath rugs offer essential moisture protection, ensuring your floors remain dry while providing slip prevention for safety. When choosing a bath mat, prioritize quality; look for options that are absorbent, comfortable, and add warmth to your space.
Consider the size and proportion of the bath mat in relation to your tub and vanity. If you have a double vanity, you can select individual rugs for each sink or opt for a long runner rug for a cohesive appearance. Always measure your bathroom area to ensure a perfect fit, allowing enough space for doors to open freely.
Durability is another crucial factor. Since bath mats frequently encounter water and foot traffic, choose rugs with a nonslip surface and rubber backing to enhance safety on wet floors. Many options are crafted from high-quality cotton, providing a soft texture and easy maintenance, as most are machine washable. However, some may require professional cleaning, so checking care instructions is advisable.
The choice of bath mat size largely depends on the area you want to cover and the dimensions of your bathroom. Look for a shower mat that is appropriately sized for your tub and vanity, ensuring it provides adequate coverage. If your bathroom features a double vanity, you can opt for either individual rugs for each sink or a long runner rug for a cohesive appearance. Before shopping, take measurements of the spaces to ensure a perfect fit. In smaller bathrooms, remember to leave enough space for the door to swing open without obstructing the rug.
Durability should be a top consideration when selecting a bath mat. Since shower mats are frequently exposed to water and heavy foot traffic, it’s important to prioritize quality. Look for options with a nonslip surface and rubber backing to reduce the risk of slipping when the floor or mat is wet. Additionally, pay attention to the cleaning instructions. Most mats are crafted from cotton or chenille and can be machine washed, but some may require professional cleaning, so it’s best to verify before making a purchase.

Our new project.
To implement it, we were invited by the company in San Francisco. We had a very difficult task to do.
The building in which we had to install sound-absorbing panels has a historical and architectural value, and the main thing was not to harm anything.
And at the moment the building is used by the federal government, so that the work had to be carried out quickly and quietly, not to disturb the employees working in the building.
We have carefully selected materials, so that the shade of color on the wall would be completely coincided with shade of the fabric set. In the choice, we stopped at a specially made for this purpose CLIPSO sound-absorbing fabric. This material is better than any other for this kind of work: 1) Clipso Sound Proof is specially designed for sound absorption. 2) This material is made of synthetic fabric impregnated with polyurethane, it is ready to cope with significant operational loads in public buildings. 3) The texture of the material looks like a canvas, which creates an additional atmosphere of comfort and harmony with every interior of the premises where we have installed it. In the base, behind the CLIPSO fabric, we have installed an additional layer of sound-absorbing material.
This combination has increased the sound absorption to a factor of 1.0 (100%). All premises in which the work was carried out was provided to us for 3 days. During this time, we had to remove all lights, grille ventilation systems, as well as safety sensors and fire extinguishing systems.
Then install the mounting profile in the places told by the architects, mount a layer of sound-absorbing material and sound-absorbing fabric CLIPSO. Then, it was necessary to put back all dismantled equipment.
With this task we coped.

Our good friend Gerda is an avid photographer with a special interest in nature photography and butterflies. She also suffers from a lung disease that sometimes leaves her less mobile and able to head out to pursue this passion. A garden to take pictures in, even when you're not up to heading further out into the world. That was the main goal of this garden. With limited means and the use of affordable materials we created a wheel chair friendly garden that offers ample space for both human and wild life.

The beautiful natatorium in this French home is unlike the characteristic cacophony box that many pool spaces are. The home utilizes the BASWA Phon Sound Absorbing System on the ceilings of the space to reduce reverberation and create a more tranquil environment, ultimately contributing to wellbeing.
The BASWA Phon Sound Absorbing System is integrated without altering the aesthetics of your home and appears just as plaster on walls and ceilings. Furthermore, testing of the material showed no mold growth per ASTM D 3273 Standards, making the system perfect for spas, natatoriums or porte-cochères.
