We entered into our Primrose project knowing that we would be working closely with the homeowners to rethink their family’s home in a way unique to them. They definitely knew that they wanted to open up the space as much as possible.
This renovation design begun in the entrance by eliminating most of the hallway wall, and replacing the stair baluster with glass to further open up the space. Not much was changed in ways of layout. The kitchen now opens up to the outdoor cooking area with bifold doors which makes for great flow when entertaining. The outdoor area has a beautiful smoker, along with the bbq and fridge. This will make for some fun summer evenings for this family while they enjoy their new pool.
For the actual kitchen, our clients chose to go with Dekton for the countertops. What is Dekton? Dekton employs a high tech process which represents an accelerated version of the metamorphic change that natural stone undergoes when subjected to high temperatures and pressure over thousands of years. It is a crazy cool material to use. It is resistant to heat, fire, abrasions, scratches, stains and freezing. Because of these features, it really is the ideal material for kitchens.
Above the garage, the homeowners wanted to add a more relaxed family room. This room was a basic addition, above the garage, so it didn’t change the square footage of the home, but definitely added a good amount of space.
For the exterior of the home, they refreshed the paint and trimmings with new paint, and completely new landscaping for both the front and back. We added a pool to the spacious backyard, that is flanked with one side natural grass and the other, turf. As you can see, this backyard has many areas for enjoying and entertaining.

Providing & fixing of GRID FLOORS CLADDING PANELS of size 163mm x 20mm x 2400mm. GRID FLOORS PANELS are hybrid composites with a wood plastic composite core made of 65% wood fiber, 30% High Density Polyethylene and 5% Additives and face capping of high performance polymer compound for high UV resistance and vibrant aesthetics produced using co extrusion process. The Cladding panels should adhere to accelerated weather testing as per ASTM G154:2016,Cycle-1, Density of 1.3g/cum & tensile strength >22Mpa . The panel should be compatible with no visible screw installation system using Novel Castillo GI coated steel strips. UltraShield combines the proven strength
of high-density polyethylene plastic and wood fibers with an outer shell of polymer that completely encapsulates the board in an impermeable layer of protection that provides scratch, stain, and fade resistance. Ultra Shield combines the proven strength of high-density polyethylene plastic and wood fibers with an outer shell of plastic that completely encapsulates the board in an impermeable layer of protection from scratches, stains, and fading. The plastic we use is a proprietary compound that includes the same plastic used to make high impact golf ball covers. Shields formula provides color streaking and deep wood grains that bring you the warmth and beauty of wood without the maintenance. The Shield withstands high traffic without exhibiting signs of wear and tear as seen in conventional composite wood. Peppers, both sweet and hot, do well on S-facing balconies, along with tomatoes and heat-loving herbs. Balconies have fewer pests and the somewhat windy conditions, which mean there are fewer humidity-related infections. However, the same wind means that there are increased watering requirements for most vegetables. A heat wave has accelerated the growth of these Greek peppers, showing 3 different stages of development, ranging from red to yellow in colour.

I had the honor of providing design and cabinetry for the whole house in this new construction south of Pendleton, Or. Accelerated Construction installed the cabinets, pantry and closet organizers from Closets to Go. The island is Dura Supreme's salsa red with a glaze. The perimeter is Bella white with brown accents.

This is what their deck looked like before! The previous TWO deck builders left too much dirt below the deck, accelerating moulding. Their old deck was cedar and lasted about 8 years each time I believe, which is short.

The homeowners designed and acid-washed the metal artwork staircase in our Deep Cove Cliffhanger project.
We loved collaborating with our clients on this project, and seeing their personal touch throughout brought so much life to this custom home.
