This a big swing set that would look great in just about any backyard.
One of the favorite features of the High Wire is the twisting curves of the spiral slide. The heavy duty spiral slide will provide a safe adrenaline rush that will make your children go up and down continuously all day long. Kids will often race each other on the two wave slides.
Next on the play list is the trapeze bar with gymnastic rings which will encourage children to twist and turn as they show off to their friends. It also will help improve their overall strength and agility while they grow.

This project won in the 2013 Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Housing Excellence Award for Best Urban Renewal Renovation Project. The glass bowl was made in the glass studio owned by the owner which is adjacent to the residence. The mirror is a repurposed window. The door is repurposed from a boarding house.

This is an organic Lime Wash done with a true lime wash product as opposed to a brick mortar or concrete that is often seen on new houses. This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here. If you hate your brick or just want something unique this is a great option!

Step into the ultimate entertainment destination—right in your own home. This one-of-a-kind basement remodel blends the intrigue of a hidden speakeasy with the adrenaline rush of an axe throwing lounge, creating a space that’s as bold as it is unforgettable.
Enter through a concealed door marked Staufer Speakeasy, complete with “Rules of the Lane” signage, and discover a fully immersive experience. Reclaimed wood, exposed brick, industrial chain-link enclosures, and an open black ceiling give the space a moody, urban edge that’s both stylish and rugged.
Two regulation-size axe throwing lanes are flanked by a custom-built bar with stool seating—perfect for spectators or post-throw cheers. Warm wood flooring and rich textures are complemented by statement lighting and playful artwork, including a gallery wall of “animals in disguise” portraits that inject character and humor.
Whether you’re hosting friends, blowing off steam, or just embracing your inner lumberjack, this unexpected lower-level gem transforms casual entertaining into a full-blown event. It’s more than a game room—it’s a lifestyle.

This renovation was completed with the primary goal of removed the carpet in the stairs which was not only difficult to clean but constantly looking worn in this very busy household. Ideally they wanted a durable, low maintenance flooring solution that still added character and coziness. The solution: Luxury vinyl planks! The unique and discreet metal nosings we used respect the clean lines and richness of this amazing plank in a non-commercial way. NOTE: While not all vinyl planks are created equal - the good ones are worth paying a little extra for!

Patio - small traditional backyard stamped concrete patio idea in Denver with no cover

Tucked away in the backwoods of Torch Lake, this home marries “rustic” with the sleek elegance of modern. The combination of wood, stone and metal textures embrace the charm of a classic farmhouse. Although this is not your average farmhouse. The home is outfitted with a high performing system that seamlessly works with the design and architecture.
The tall ceilings and windows allow ample natural light into the main room. Spire Integrated Systems installed Lutron QS Wireless motorized shades paired with Hartmann & Forbes windowcovers to offer privacy and block harsh light. The custom 18′ windowcover’s woven natural fabric complements the organic esthetics of the room. The shades are artfully concealed in the millwork when not in use.
Spire installed B&W in-ceiling speakers and Sonance invisible in-wall speakers to deliver ambient music that emanates throughout the space with no visual footprint. Spire also installed a Sonance Landscape Audio System so the homeowner can enjoy music outside.
Each system is easily controlled using Savant. Spire personalized the settings to the homeowner’s preference making controlling the home efficient and convenient.
