These electric blackout shades maximize your convenience at home and allow you full control from the comfort of your bed!

This is our first installation of 2015. Our customer, who lives in far north Dallas, was interested in updating her home and finally covering her windows after a decade with nothing on them. For these west facing windows we selected the elegant Pirouette Window Fashions by Hunter Douglas. These work great for this space allowing for a wonderful view of the pool while giving protection from hot Texas sun. Their furniture and hardwood floors are now protected from those harmful UV rays. Because we used the PowerRise lift system with the Platinum App, our customer can control the shades from anywhere in the home using their iPhones. With the way these shades softly filter light inside, we all thought this created a beautiful room.

How do you transform your front entry? This door and two sidelite installation replaced a smooth steel entry door and two sidelites with a textured woodgrain steel entry door in a mahogany stain finish. The before and after photos are quite striking! Some key details... ✅ The new jamb is clad in brown to match the woodgrain stain ✅ The old threshold was a mill finish which was replaced with a bronze threshold to match the woodgrain ✅ The lockset is a wireless, smart deadbolt with code access and app connectivity! It has built-in alarm technology, highest industry ratings for residential security, durability and finish, and can schedule access codes for guests so they only enter when you want! ✅ The aged bronze lock finish matches the threshold and compliments both the woodgrain finish and decorative glass Someone's curb appeal just went through the roof!

Chimney measures app. 18' tall and 7' wide with a custom built 48" wide firebox incorporating full sized firebrick. Two wood storage boxes installed on each side of chimney. A future wood pavilion to be constructed on this 25' x 25' travertine patio with gable side facing chimney. Magnificent!

The base consists of two cabinets with deep drawers that move on full-extension ball-bearing slides featuring soft self-closing, plus a long center cabinet with three door compartments that have adjustable shelves and soft-close door hinges. The upper structure consists of two 5-1/2" wide cabinets with fixed shelves, a 90-inch long top bridge between them, back panels to conceal the old wall paneling, Shaker trim for the center section, floating crown molding across the entire top span, and programmable COB LED lighting above the crown that is controlled by either a wireless remote or a smartphone app.
