As you can see, we combined various custom wine cellar racks to create a unique California wine storage and display area. Specifically, individual bottle racking, high reveal display racks, lattice diamond bin racks, a quarter round display rack, horizontal display racks, and an arch display were utilized. Together, the racks create a space that is both highly functional, and aesthetically appealing: the perfect wine cellar. We utilized Premium Redwood for the wine racks. Since this type of wood is naturally beautiful, we did not apply any type of finish on the racks. We used LED lighting system to keep the wines safe while creating a dramatic display. This wine cellar design GA is both aesthetically appealing, and functional; it holds up to 979 wine bottles! This capacity was achieved through the use of lattice diamond bin racking, case storage, high reveal display racks, and individual bottle racking. Paradise Theater was hired very early in the project planning process, giving us the ability to coordinate with the architect to specify the ideal room footprint from the ground up. A robust JBL Synthesis audio system, Digital projection projector and Stewart Filmscreen, coupled with the performance engineered room by Paradise Theater delivered the pinnacle in private theater performance for this client. Natural stone and wood details were incorporated into the decor, providing aesthetic appeal, but also contributing a diffusive characteristic to the acoustical performance.

Interactive Gates & Security designed, fabricated, and installed this custom double swing automatic gate for a private residence on Vashon Island in early 2026. The homeowners wanted a grand, welcoming entrance that matched the character of their property without feeling heavy or industrial — so we built an ornamental gate with clean vertical pickets, a gently arched top rail, and decorative accents that read as elegant from the road and timeless up close. The gate is powered by a heavy-duty dual swing operator system with soft start/stop for smooth, quiet motion and long-term durability in the Pacific Northwest's wet, salt-air climate. Every panel was hot-dip galvanized and powder coated for corrosion resistance. Access is handled through a keypad, wireless remotes, and a smartphone-controlled app, with a video intercom at the driveway entry so the owners can see and speak with visitors before opening. Safety photo eyes, a vehicle exit sensor, and a battery backup for power outages round out the system — essential on an island where storm-related outages are a fact of life. Because the site sits on a sloped, gravel-transition driveway, our crew set new steel posts on deep concrete footings, trenched and ran conduit for power and low-voltage control wiring, and fine-tuned the swing arc so both leaves clear the grade cleanly through the full range of motion. This surround room in the Vaquero community in Westlake was built with young teens in mind. The homeowners wanted a gathering place for their children to entertain their friends. This was a perfect collaboration between our clients, their designer, and UltraMedia. With a clear understanding of the end goal, we added just enough technology to make this space the chosen place for the kids to hang out on weekends. This theater lounge was acoustically treated to create an ideal balance of function and visual appeal. The wavy walls add a distinct touch of contemporary design, while providing perfect sound diffusion. The Wolf Cinema video projector displays a brilliant image onto a Screen Innovations Black Diamond screen. The Triad 7.1 in-wall speaker system delivers excellent sound detail and visceral "oomph."
