Our daily routine begins and ends in the closet, so we believe it should be a place of peace, organization and beauty. When it comes to the custom design of one of the most personal rooms in your home, we want to transform your closet and make space for everything. With an inspired closet design you are able to easily find what you need, take charge of your morning routine, and discover a feeling of harmony to carry you throughout your day.

This 3 BR, 3 1/2 bath home allows the owners to live on one level most of the time. The Master Suite is on the main level along with the Living Room, Kitchen, Dining, pantries, Sun Room and service areas. The upper level houses two ample bedrooms while the lower level supports a rec center, media room, wine cellar, shop and full wet bar. Conceived as a Great Room house, the main level is designed as one seamless space that flows onto an ample deck overlooking the rear yard. We also incorporated a variety of green building techniques - photo-voltaic shingles on the roof of the garage to generate a portion of the home's energy, a super insulated building envelope, rain water harvesting, high performance windows and doors, a high efficiency heat pump, low flow bath & kitchen fixtures, Energy Star appliances and LED lighting - that greatly reduced this structure's carbon footprint. All of the strategies amounted to a 30% reduction in the energy consumption in this home relative to comparable structures.

The owners of this full room renovation wanted a one of a kind unique theater experience with elegant details and luxurious flair. The room itself is a beautifully decorated 2-story theater with 3-tier seating. Each riser is stepped 3 feet high, giving uncompromising views for each person, no matter where they are sitting. One of the most notable features of the theater is the massive 180" diagonal 16x9 ratio Stewart Filmscreen. Sound is driven by Bowers & Wilkins CT-series speakers and Rotel amplifiers. The entire theater is integrated with a Crestron control system, complete with automated lighting dimmers and climate controls. Turn the lights off, and you'll see a gorgeous domed "starry night" ceiling that has integrated fiber optic lights and constellations painted in the dome. This is definitely a theater fit for a king. When seen looking out from the front, this art-deco theater is gently illuminated by the Sienna’s ambient base lighting and lighted cup holders, which are an elegant yet efficient means of allowing guests to find their way in the dark. A 360 degree swivel tray table provides a handy space to place food, laptops, remotes, and other essential items. The clean, streamlined look in the design of these seats makes them an all-purpose addition to any media room setup.
